5.5 Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on major U.S. and international mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other participating carriers. Not all carriers may support all features.

5.6 SMS Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)

You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. Your opt-out request will be processed immediately.

To unsubscribe from SMS messages:

• Reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL to any message from Zeudin
• Email us at support@zeudin.com with your phone number and "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line
• Call us at +1 (469) 507-4046 and request to be removed from SMS communications

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."

5.8 Opt-In Reconfirmation

5.9 SMS Service Provider

• That messages will arrive in the order sent
• That you will receive every message we send

Factors affecting delivery may include network congestion, carrier filtering, phone settings, or device compatibility. We are not responsible for failed or delayed message delivery due to technical issues beyond our control.

5.11 TCPA Compliance

Our SMS messaging practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC regulations, and CTIA guidelines. We:

• Obtain express written or verbal consent before sending messages
• Provide clear identification in all messages
• Honor opt-out requests promptly
• Maintain consent records for the required period
• Do not send messages to numbers on the Do Not Call Registry for marketing purposes

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
