1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "Cardholder", "you", or "your") and Zeudin Group LLC ("Zeudin", "Company", "Merchant", "we", "us", or "our"), a Nevada limited liability company, governing your access to and use of our website (www.zeudin.com), affiliated platforms, services, booking systems, payment processing, and SMS communications.

BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE, USING OUR SERVICES, COMPLETING A BOOKING, SUBMITTING PAYMENT, OR PROVIDING YOUR PHONE NUMBER FOR SMS COMMUNICATIONS, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

Your acceptance of these Terms is captured through one or more of the following binding mechanisms:

  • Clickwrap Agreement: A mandatory scroll-and-accept modal displayed at checkout that requires you to actively acknowledge these Terms before any booking submission can be completed.
  • Browsewrap Agreement: Continued use of our website after these Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance.
  • Email Confirmation: Booking acknowledgment emails sent to your registered email address restate your acceptance of these Terms with a direct hyperlink.
  • WhatsApp or Messaging Engagement: When you initiate a booking request via WhatsApp or any messaging platform and proceed to payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of Services

  • Online Booking and Reservation Services: Vehicle rental reservations, accommodation bookings, and related travel services through our proprietary booking platform and affiliated websites.
  • Software Development: Custom web applications, booking systems, and digital tools for businesses.
  • Payment Processing: Secure payment collection via Chase Payment Solutions, credit/debit card processing, and other accepted payment methods.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, will provide accurate and complete information, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Accounts and Registration

4.1 Account Creation and Identity Verification

Certain services require you to provide personal information, identity documents, and contact details. By submitting this information, you represent and warrant that all data provided is accurate, truthful, and belongs to you. The submission of identity documents (passport, national ID, driver's license) constitutes express verification of your identity and authorization of any associated transactions.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account, including all bookings, payments, and communications. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Booking and Reservation Terms

5.1 Booking Process

All reservations made through our platform — whether via website, WhatsApp, email, phone, or any other channel — are subject to these Terms. By completing a booking request, you:

  • Confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used
  • Accept all service terms, cancellation policies, and penalty schedules
  • Acknowledge that the booking is non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing
  • Agree that the reserved service category is guaranteed, but specific make/model is subject to availability

5.2 Identity Verification Requirement BK-001

All customers must submit a valid, government-issued identity document (passport, national ID, or driver's license) at the time of booking. The submission of identity documents through our platform, via WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel constitutes express authorization of the booking and associated payment. Any customer who submits identity documents and subsequently claims the transaction was unauthorized may be reported for suspected fraud.

5.3 Booking Confirmation and Voucher BK-002

Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation and voucher number will be issued to the customer's registered email address. The voucher is the customer's proof of reservation and must be presented at the point of service. The issuance of a voucher constitutes confirmation that all terms have been accepted and the transaction has been completed.

5.4 Service Start Date Obligation BK-003

The customer is responsible for presenting at the designated service location on the confirmed date and time. Failure to appear constitutes a No-Show and triggers the applicable penalty as described in Section 7.

5.5 Multi-Channel Booking Recognition

Bookings initiated or negotiated through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, or any messaging platform are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as bookings made directly on our website. Communication records from these channels (including but not limited to WhatsApp message logs, email threads, and call records) constitute binding evidence of the customer's intent, consent, and authorization.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods PAY-001

We accept payments through the following methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed through Chase Payment Solutions
  • Zelle transfers
  • Other methods as made available on our platform

6.2 Payment Authorization PAY-002

By completing a payment through our platform — including payments made via Chase Payment Links (payments.chase.com), our integrated checkout, or manual card entry — you expressly authorize the charge to the payment method provided. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized holder of the payment method or have explicit authorization from the cardholder.

6.3 Payment Processing Disclosure PAY-003

All card payments are processed by Chase Payment Solutions (JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.) and will appear on your statement as "ZEUDIN GROUP LLC" or "Zeudin Group LLC, LAS VEGAS, NV". By completing a payment, you acknowledge this billing descriptor and waive any claim of non-recognition of the charge on your statement.

6.4 Currency and Taxes PAY-004

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (including but not limited to a 6% service tax) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The total displayed at payment includes all applicable taxes.

6.5 Payment Confirmation PAY-005

A payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address upon successful processing. An additional receipt may be issued by Chase Payment Solutions directly. Both constitute proof of your authorized payment.

7. Cancellation and Penalty Schedule

IMPORTANT: By completing a booking and payment, you expressly accept the following cancellation policy. This policy is final and applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, personal circumstances, flight disruptions, or failure to appear at the service point.

7.1 Cancellation Penalty Table CXL-001

Code Notice Period Before Service Start Date Penalty
CXL-A 31 or more days before start date Full refund minus processing fees (2.9% + $0.30)
CXL-B 31 to 17 days before start date 25% of total reservation value
CXL-C 16 to 5 days before start date 50% of total reservation value
CXL-D Less than 4 days before start date 100% of total reservation value — NO REFUND
CXL-NS No-Show (failure to appear at service point) 100% of total reservation value — NO REFUND
CXL-PS Cancellation after service start date 100% of total reservation value — NO REFUND

7.2 Modification Policy CXL-002

Once confirmed, reservation modifications are permitted only up to 31 days before the service start date. The primary holder's name can never be changed. Any modification request received within 31 days of the start date requires a full cancellation and rebooking, subject to the penalty schedule above.

7.3 Provider-Initiated Cancellations CXL-003

If the service is cancelled by the provider or due to operational reasons beyond the merchant's control, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund of the reservation amount. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the cancellation. Processing fees for card payments (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable as they are retained by the payment processor.

7.4 Refund Processing Timeline CXL-004

All eligible refunds are processed within a maximum of 20 business days from the date of the approved refund request. If you do not receive your refund within this period, contact us at support@zeudin.com.

8.4 Chargebacks Are Not a Refund Mechanism REF-004

Filing a chargeback with your bank is NOT a valid refund request. Customers must first contact the merchant directly to request a refund before initiating any dispute with their financial institution. Failure to contact the merchant before filing a chargeback constitutes a violation of these Terms and may be treated as suspected friendly fraud. See Section 9 for the complete Chargeback and Dispute Policy.

9. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This section establishes the merchant's rights and the customer's obligations regarding payment disputes (chargebacks). By completing a transaction with Zeudin Group LLC, you expressly acknowledge and accept the following terms.

9.1 Merchant's Right to Contest Disputes DSP-001

Zeudin Group LLC reserves the absolute right to contest any chargeback or payment dispute filed against a legitimate transaction. The merchant will submit comprehensive evidence to the acquiring bank and card network, including but not limited to:

We commit to responding to all refund and dispute inquiries within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without first contacting the merchant is a violation of these Terms.

9.3 Friendly Fraud Policy DSP-003

Friendly fraud — defined as filing a chargeback for a transaction that was legitimately authorized by the cardholder — is a form of first-party fraud. If the merchant determines, based on available evidence, that a chargeback constitutes friendly fraud, the merchant reserves the right to:

  • Contest the chargeback through all available channels with the acquiring bank and card network
  • Submit all available evidence including identity documents, communication records, payment confirmations, and T&C acceptance records
  • Pursue arbitration through the applicable card network (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Report the cardholder's conduct to fraud databases and industry reporting systems
  • Pursue civil legal action for recovery of the disputed amount, chargeback fees, and damages in the courts of Clark County, Nevada
  • Permanently ban the cardholder from all services operated by Zeudin Group LLC

9.4 Evidence Preservation DSP-004

The merchant maintains comprehensive transaction records for a minimum of 24 months, including:

Evidence Type Description Retention Period
Identity Documents Passport, ID, license images submitted by the customer 24 months
Communication Records WhatsApp, email, SMS, and phone call logs 24 months
Booking Records Internal reservation records, confirmations, vouchers 24 months
Payment Records Transaction receipts, authorization codes, payment confirmations 24 months
T&C Acceptance Clickwrap logs, email confirmations with T&C links 24 months
Service Records Service availability confirmations, delivery records 24 months

9.5 Chargeback Fees and Recovery DSP-005

In the event of a chargeback that is later reversed in favor of the merchant (i.e., the merchant wins the dispute), the customer acknowledges liability for all chargeback-related fees incurred by the merchant, which may range from $25 to $100 per occurrence depending on the payment processor and card network.

9.6 Acknowledgment of Dispute Terms DSP-006

By completing a transaction with Zeudin Group LLC, you acknowledge that:

  • You are the authorized holder of the payment method used, or have express authorization from the cardholder
  • You will contact the merchant before filing any chargeback or dispute
  • Filing a fraudulent chargeback constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action
  • The merchant will contest all illegitimate chargebacks with full available evidence
  • Communication records (including WhatsApp, email, and phone) will be used as evidence in any dispute
